I’m Jess.

My approach

Hi I’m Jess. I am a portrait photographer based in beautiful Devon. I have grown my business over the past 15 years based on my life experience as a mum, photographer, business owner and woman in my own right.

My vast experience over this time photographing hundreds of weddings, families, fine art portraits and businesses have all taught me one thing. That women are largely underrepresented in photographs. They are the documenters of family stories (and often absent from photographs). They are the founders and grafters behind amazing unique, independent businesses but remain unseen. They are strong, talented women deserving of recognition for their own uniqueness yet all they have is selfies.

It is my mission to tell these amazing stories of love, passion and dedication to our families, our craft, our business and our own being. To make women more visible, recording their journeys in the most natural and artistic way. Creating images to be proud of. These will become their legacy, passed down through future generations to represent who they really are. What would your legacy look like?
